Welcome to MD Solutions LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using www.mahmouddakhisi.com (the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms govern the relationship between MD Solutions LLC, registered at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA, and users or clients engaging with our services.

1. Services Offered

MD Solutions LLC provides professional presentation design and strategy services for businesses, startups, and organizations. Services may include:

• Pitch Deck Design

• Sales & Marketing Decks

• Executive Presentations

• Keynote & Event Decks

• Presentation Templates

• Data Visualization

• Strategic Storytelling

• Business Reports & One-Pagers

• UX & Presentation Consulting

We work with clients through two payment models:

• Upwork Engagements – Clients who hire us via Upwork are subject to Upwork’s payment, dispute resolution, and refund policies.

• Direct Engagements – Clients working outside Upwork will be invoiced by MD Solutions LLC via Stripe (through Mercury) and are bound by the payment and refund policies outlined in this TOS.

2. Payments & Billing

For Direct Clients (Outside Upwork)

• Payments for services are invoiced via Stripe and must be paid before work begins.

• A 50% upfront deposit is required before starting a project. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed project delivery or termination of services.

For Upwork Clients

• Payments are managed through Upwork’s payment system, and all disputes/refunds must be handled within Upwork.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy

Upwork Clients

• Refunds and disputes for Upwork projects are handled exclusively through Upwork under their policies.

Direct Clients

• Clients may request a refund or dispute resolution by emailing contact@mahmouddakhisi.com.

• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the project phase and work completed.

• Deposits (50%) are non-refundable once initial design work has begun.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of the final presentation design.

Clients may modify, resell, or repurpose the materials as they see fit.

MD Solutions LLC retains no rights to completed work once full payment is made.

5. Revisions & Project Scope

All projects include 3 free revisions during the active contract period.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged at either an hourly rate or a fixed fee, as determined by the contract.

Any changes requested after project approval may incur additional costs.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel a project by emailing contact@mahmouddakhisi.com.

If work has already begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

MD Solutions LLC does not guarantee that a presentation will secure funding, generate sales, or achieve specific business outcomes.

We are not responsible for third-party platform limitations, such as Upwork payment processing or Stripe disputes.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
